Cornwall and Dartmoor
Jutting out 100 miles into the Atlantic, Cornwall is the southernmost tip of the British Isles mainland. Almost an island, it is renowned for it's 300 miles of rugged coastline, sandy bays and windswept moors including Dartmoor National Park, the largest area of granite in Britain which is known for its tors -- hills topped with outcrops of bedrock, which in granite country such as this are usually rounded boulder-like formations.

Little Rough Tor - Bodmin Moor
Rough Tor is a hill and tor on Bodmin Moor. Its summit is 1313 ft above mean sea level, making it the second highest point in Cornwall. It lies approximately three miles southeast of Camelford and one mile northwest of Brown Willy, Cornwall's highest point.
