Snowdonia and North Wales
Although Snowdonia is seen as the most wonderful landscape in North Wales there are many others including Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty such as the Llyn Peninsula with some of the best beaches Wales has to offer, the Isle of Anglesey with its 125 miles of wonderfully scenic coastal path encircling the whole island whilst in the east there's the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley, the scenic gateway to the region.

Malltraeth Sands - Isle of Anglesey
The small village of Malltraeth lies in the south west corner of Anglesey, at the head of the long inlet formed by the Cefni Estuary. Malltraeth means salt marsh in Welsh and the whole area is renowned for its birdlife and was once home to the talented wildlife artist Charles.F.Tunnicliffe.
