Angle Tarn - Lake District
This lovely tarn lies almost exactly midway between Angle Tarn Pikes and Brock Crags, on the far eastern fells above the Patterdale / Hartsop area. The shape of Angle Tarn's shoreline has to be the most interesting of any of the ridge tarns. With an ample supply of bays and peninsulas you can always find a secluded place to rest a while.
